We try our best to assure the quality of our products. However, if the products received have been damaged, defaced or is incorrect, please contact us for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the products.
Please note that we will not accept any returned products without prior email notification within 3 days of product arrival.
If it can be determined that a product return or exchange is due to a fault by A&F Ltd, we will cover all related return freight charges, including duties and taxes. We shall not in any event be liable for damages caused directly or indirectly by a customer, or for return freight charges, duties and taxes caused by one-sided circumstances of a customer.
